14th Annual Sustainable Living Festival 10-11 Nov - Food for Thought

This year's theme is “food for thought” and we’re promoting happy healthy sustainable communities. Our aim is to put the spotlight on food, healthy sustainable food production practices, information on locally produced Tasmanian food and we’ll have fun cooking and food preparation demonstrations all weekend as well as specialised workshops with industry experts on sourdough bread making and permaculture to name a few as well as a great debate discussion panel debating the key sustainability issues of today.

The festival, held at PW1, will also be a visual delight showcasing an array of sustainable art including sustainable seats made from recycled materials for the festival by students, artists and community groups. And of course there will also be sustainability workshops, yoga demonstrations, live music and heaps of interactive kids activities. So come along and have all your questions answered by our expert exhibitors in one space.
