Source is looking for someone to take on the position of Garden Manager.  This sounds like a fantastic opportunity for someone who is a keen gardener and wants to take on a challenge bigger than this own backyard:
The silverbeet and brocolli is looking mighty fine at Source, but the garden management committee and the board has agreed that we want to take the garden to the next level, increasing it's productivity and exploring it's educational potential. Although the current volunteer managers are doing an amazing job, we think this vision is beyond the level that volunteers can commit to. However, we don't have any excess money lying around to simply employ someone at the moment, so we have created a document that outlines several ways that we could generate an income from the garden to pay a manager. We are looking for someone with some energy and passion for gardens, education and communities to help take our garden to the next level.
