The Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA Tasmania) will present a free seminar that will explore how the Hobart Rivulet could be activated as part of the daily life of the city. Proposals for the rivulet will be examined in

comparison with the success of other cities in leveraging great value from similar bold actions. Using the Hobart Rivulet as a stimulus, the seminar will demonstrate how the implementation of big moves at the heart of a cityscape

can unleash the un-tapped potential of a place. The free two-hour seminar will be held in Hobart on 11 October 11am-1pm at the Menzies Research Institute Tasmania, MS2 Lecture Theatre, Medical Science Precinct, 17 Liverpool Street (Enter corner Liverpool Street and Campbell Street), Hobart.
